SILVERSNEAKERS® MSROM
|
MSROM is a total body conditioning class offering exercises for the upper and lower body designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living (ADLs). Resistance tools and a chair for seated and standing support are used to increase the effectiveness of functional skills and abilities needed for independent living. |

SILVERSNEAKERS® CARDIO CIRCUIT

Cardio Circuit: Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. |

RIP 60 GROUP TRAINING |
Join Personal Trainer, Heather Surratt, with this progressive body weighted suspension-style method of training consisting of hundreds of both off and on-strap movements. Functional movements with rotation will build strength, stability, and flexibility. |

TOTAL BODY TRAINING |
Get energized with Trainer Angie Snowball and her new specialty designed workout to help you burn fat and increase muscular endurance. Intense cardio movements are combined with muscular resistance exercises to give you an overall body workout in just 30 minutes. |

RESERVATION ONLY |
Join Trainer Nick Burton as he mixes spinning and strength training in this one of a kind class. Designed to build both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, this class is sure to burn a maximum amount of calories. |
Babysitting hours:
Monday-Saturday 9am-1pm & Monday-Thursday 5-8pm
$3/hour per child or $20 unlimited for a month ($15 for each additional child)
**MEMBERS MUST BE 13 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE IN GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
